Mt Seymour Chiropractic
Simon kindly did several adjustments on my (Belinda's) neck and back while we've been in Vancouver. Simon is a good friend of ours and who we trust completely. I was quite anxious about getting an adjustment done for the first time, particularly in the neck region, however Simon talked me through everything, answered my questions and only did work after ensuring I was OK for him to go ahead. I had been experiencing a very painful and stiff neck that was affecting my ability to ride and to be a pleasant person to be around. I've now had four sessions with Simon in the last week or so and I'm really feeling a positive difference My neck is moving more freely and the pain has been resolved. He's given me advice for managing this problem for the rest of the trip too.
