Thanks to a techno savy fellow touring cyclist (Matt Kelly) we have learnt about what the RSS Feed does.  If you scroll down on this page on the right hand side you will see "RSS Feed" (Below Archives).  Click on the link and you will go into another page where you can choose to subscribe to pages on our website.  This way you will be notified of when we have updated our blog via email.  Thought this would be handy for our most avid viewers (our parents!).
